Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe
Returns are accepted within 15 calendar days from the date you receive your order.
Items must be:
In original condition (unused, unopened, and undamaged).
In original packaging with all labels, accessories, and documentation.
Certain items are non-returnable due to hygiene/safety reasons (e.g., baby products, opened consumables, etc.).
2. How to Initiate a Return

Reason for return (defective, incorrect, or personal choice)

3. Return Process
A. Defective or Incorrect Product
We will arrange a free return pickup via our courier partner within 2–3 working days.
Once we receive and inspect the item:
Refund will be issued to the original payment method, or
Replacement will be shipped (if available).
Processing time: Within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.
B. Unwanted Product (Change of Mind)
The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

Share the courier tracking number with us via email/WhatsApp.
Refund will be processed within 3 business days of receiving and inspecting the product.
4. Refund Guidelines
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
If your order included a discount or free item, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
For Buy 1 Get 1 or similar offers, all items in the offer must be returned.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
To cancel, contact us immediately with your order number via email/WhatsApp.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
6. Additional Notes
If an incorrect product is handed to our courier partner during pickup, WhizzyWagon will not be responsible for any loss/damage/theft in transit.
No refunds will be provided due to price changes after purchase.
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the above conditions.
